  Q. What are the payment methods available?
  anaqeenbawal.com.my offers various kind of Payment Methods as shown below :-
  EGHL - Internet banking.    With EGHL, we accepts major online banking platform in Malaysia i.e. Maybank2u, CIMBClicks etc. You may also use your credit card as well as your debit card i.e. VISA, MASTERCARD etc.

  Q.  What are the shipping costs?
  Shipping costs differ according to location and the weight of the item. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you make an order online. You can also check the delivery status through the system.

  Q. How long will it take for me to receive my parcel/order?
  Order processing period is within 4 working days.  Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included in the process.

  Q. How can I get my tracking number?
  Tracking number will be sent to your email address. You may check your inbox or in some cases, it can be found in your spam/junk box.

  Q. How can I change defect items?
  Only production defects can be changed for exchange.    

  Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
  No. Order that have been made with complete payment may not be canceled. 

  Q. Can I make a purchase online and pick the items up at the boutique?
  Yes, you can.  Please put a note about the pick up when you are doing the online purchasing.

  Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
  All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysian Ringgit
